A Great Opportunity to Help Your Business Succeed
Micro-Business Technical Assistance Program (MTA)
A Training Program provided by
University of San Diego in cooperation with Mabuhay Alliance

The MTA program is designed to provide "Micro-Business Owners" with step by step "how to" training and skills to make the transition from being an effective business manager to a successful small business owner.

A "Micro-Business" is considered to be the smallest of small businesses: those that employ fewer than five people and generate less than $250,000 in annual revenue.

The University of San Diego MTA program is a 32-hour program, presented in five modules (8 hours/module) – each providing specific skills training on how to effectively manage a specific aspect of a successful Micro-Business.

Module Two:Excellence in Micro-Business Management Training Program: Planning and Managing Future Business Success
Module Three:Excellence in Micro-Business Management Training Program: Managing Business Performance
Module Four:Fundamentals of Micro-Business Finance: The Importance of Financial Controls
Module Five:Excellence in Micro-Business Management Training Program: Understanding Micro-Business Development Marketing, Sales and Service
