Newest Real Estate Certificate Program

The Certificate in Land Use and Sustainable Community Development is a comprehensive program for today's professional interested in better understanding the mandated, complex and time-consuming processes that are involved in every land use decision. The program will help clarify the entitlement and permitting process, as well as the environmental impact assessment. The program will also help participants understand how to incorporate sustainable measures in their projects through site planning, building design and energy efficient approaches.
